Join our online class to learn essential facts about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum from Certified Childbirth Educators. All birthing individuals and their partners are welcome.

Postpartum Planning

Unlike most birth and postpartum classes, the intended focus of this class is on the parents’ emotional well-being during the postpartum period. All birthing folks and their partners are welcome.

Infant Feeding

There are many ways to feed your baby. Come learn with us and find the right method that fits your family, your lifestyle, and your goals. Classes are taught by Certified Childbirth Educators and an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Seat Safety

This class, taught by Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPSTs) is designed to equip you with crucial knowledge on car seat safety for your infant.

You’ve already got that power inside you, so we are here to offer support and guidance as you journey through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. These classes are designed to get you prepped for baby’s arrival, provide information once baby is here, provide advocacy tools and support, and connect you with other birthing people throughout Region 8. All of our classes are offered as a free resource for the Region.
